THIS IS A POST

WELL! It seems it is time to do another post.
Two things immediately pop into my mind, 1. We did a memorable camping trip with a group of friends, and, 2. We went and saw the second movie of that cool Frisbee dude, CAPTAIN AMERICA.
About the trip, we left on a... actually, I don't remember what day it was. Tuesday? Wednesday Morning? One of those. We returned on a Saturday...I think.
Anyway, during the time we were there, we did multiple things, but for the purpose of this article, I will keep to the more important undertakings.
We did some hiking, which was pretty enjoyable, except for all the mud puddles. I believe that it was ten miles, though I could be mistaken. It led up to a pleasant, rocky area near the lake, where we collected different stones and such. I tried to find a good bit to place in my pack, to make the return journey more challenging. After spending some time up there, we headed back.
There was a nice sandy bay near our campsite, down to which we carried our kayaks. This was the start of another adventure. Due to a lack of room, a friend had to ride behind me in the same boat. No sooner had we gotten a fair distance away from land when we suddenly flipped over, into nice, warm, welcoming water. NOT. It was C-C-COLD! We quickly grabbed onto our floating craft, and managed to flip it several times again before we waded to shore. Not to be deterred, we set out again, this time, soaked and chilled. We still had a good time, despite our earlier setback. Our fleet sailed to another small beach where we stayed for an hour before returning. I will relate the rest later, but I have to go mow the lawn. Yay me. :)
